What destination do you offer?

We offer a 2 bedroom, 1 office, 2 bathroom, modern, fully furnished apartment (1150 sq ft) with Mediterranean Sea Views, second floor with lift, overlooking the premier beach resort of Moraria, Costa Blanca.

Can I customise my Spanish life experience?

We have 2 tariffs for each 90 day stay. £45 per night all year except for £79 per night in the summer season, running 1st June through to 30th September. The utilities of gas, water, electricity are paid for separately on an on-account basis. FYI: These invoices are usually around £50 pcm per company.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

You pay for the full 90 days on booking plus the refundable damage deposit of £2000. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, none of pre-booked stays are refundable after time of booking.

 

What are the facilities of the apartment?

The apartment block has only 7 domestic units serviced by an electric lift to all floors and the basement garage. The apartment also has a parking space allotted directly underneath.

The fully fitted kitchen comes with an electric induction hob, teppanyaki hot plate, fitted 7 drawer fridge and 7 drawer freezer, electric wine cooler, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. All Meile, Siemens, Bosch.

 

Gas central heating by way of radiators, air-conditioning and 3 south facing balconies. The apartment has ceiling fans in the office and master bedroom to aid heat distribution throughout the year. The internal space is passively solar heated in the winter, and sea-breeze cooled in the summer.

 

Master bedroom has a 180cm Tempur bed and fully fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with a bath. A 48’ Smart TV installed. Security Box

 

Second bedroom has a 135cm double bed with some sea views and fully fitted wardrobes.

 

The office/ changing room has a 5m fitted wardrobe system for all your clothes with a direct WiFi internet system (included in the charge). A balcony for food and drinks.

 

Main Lounge, fully open with 2 separate seating areas and a 6 seated table for dining. Beautiful sea views. Large 65’ flat panel Samsung Smart TV with English channels available.

 

What facilities are within walking distance?

The village of Teulada has supermarkets, butchers, bakers, pharmacies, banks, physiotherapists, dentists, health centres, hairdressers and beauticians, sports club, 15 restaurants and over 20 bars. There is a private English hospital (IMED) just a few minutes away. Vibrant multinational population with an award-winning international theatre within 50 meters of the apartment. In the twin village of Moraira, 5 minutes away by car, you will further find all these facilities and more!

What type of guests are you looking for?

Pre-retired or fully retired couples or singles that want to experience the life of Spain.  Maximum capacity for 4 people. No pets allowed. They may be looking for a house, or an area to retire to, want to increase their Vitamin D, eat fresh local food, eat fresh fish from the Mediterranean or just swim or walk with an outdoor lifestyle. Swap some long grey UK days for a few of the 320 sun days in the Costa Blanca every year. Boost your health.

 

How long can I stay?

The apartment is designed for UK passport holders that wish to use their 90 days in the EU in one block. They can base themselves in the Valencia region and travel all over Spain, France and Portugal within 12 hours drive. Or pop back and forward to the UK if they wish. Alicante, Elche, Granada, Murcia, Madrid, Benidorm, Denia and Valencia are wonderful, vibrant cities to explore. The Balearic Islands of Ibiza, Majorca and Menorca are just a few hours ferry from Denia. Furthermore, we have the Bernia Mountain range at the back of the village to tour for gastronomic and visual treats.
